LES MILLS VIRTUAL CLASSES

Les Mills Virtual classes are movie-like versions of our live group fitness classes. These options are perfect when there are no live classes on the schedule, at times that fit your lifestyle. Les Mills Virtual classes are designed for people who cannot attend one of our live classes. You can still find ALL of the live classes you love.

Look for the VIRTUAL in addition to the LIVE schedule.

A motivating blend of yoga with tai chi and Pilates that will leave you strong, calm and centered.

A fun-loving, insanely addictive contemporary dance workout.

CXWORX

30 minute core training to make you better at all things you do from everyday life to your favorite sports.

BARRE

A modern version of classic balletic training. A 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday.

BODYCOMBAT

A total body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of reps. BODYCOMBAT uses non-contact martial arts-inspired exercises to fuel cardio fitness and train the whole body.

SPRINT

A modern version of classic balletic training. A 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength and allow you to escape the everyday.

BODYPUMP

A total body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of reps.

RPM

A group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.
