Start your triathlon training with Club Greenwood’s Zero to Tri Hero introduction program. Gain accountability with Coach Abbie, USA Triathlon Certified Coach, and like-minded athletes! Beginners and seasoned athletes are welcome! The 9-week program includes 9 clinics, 9 Group Workouts and a comprehensive Daily Training Plan to develop skills in strength, swimming, cycling and running.

Abbie’s passion for triathlon started when the triathlon movement was just beginning. Over the years, she has grown with the sport, competing in countless races at all levels. Her philosophy is to “Inspire Through Example” as her approach to fitness has evolved over the years from a competitive outlet to an opportunity to promote a healthy lifestyle. Her own journey has helped her realize that everyone’s fitness abilities and goals are different and can change drastically over the course of a lifetime.
