Cardio classes get your heart rate moving. From aqua workouts and cycling to HIIT, try to mix one of these fun complimentary classes into your weekly regimen.

Cardio/Strength

Combine cardio and strength in one workout with any of the following complimentary classes. Burn calories while you tone and tighten.

4 Classes

Strength

In 30-minutes or one hour you can do a full body workout and head back to your life. These complimentary strength classes will help you get stronger and tone. You are in control of how much weight you use.

6 Classes

Balance / Stability / Flexibility

Every workout regime should include elements of balance, flexibility or stability. The following classes include yoga, stretching, light core toning or meditation.
